Return and Refund Policy
We’ve just started our journey, and managing returns is challenging for us. So, we do not accept returns
or refunds once an order is placed. However, we offer exchange or store credit in special cases like:
• You receive a different product than what you ordered.
• Your order is damaged on arrival.
Important Notes:
• Any issue (missing item, wrong product, or damage) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via
WhatsApp/call at 6369031530 or email silalankaraa@gmail.com with photos of the product and
packaging. An unboxing video will help us resolve it faster.
• Nose pins and toe rings are not exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
• Slight differences in stone colour, shape, or size are natural in handcrafted jewellery and not
considered defects.
• Sale, customised, and made-to-order items cannot be exchanged.
Exchange Process (India Only):
• Once approved, ship the product back in its original packaging.
• Return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
• After quality check, we’ll issue a store credit valid for 1 year.
International Orders:
• No returns, exchanges, or refunds.
• Any customs duties/charges are to be borne by the customer.
