Return and Refund Policy

Returns:

Eligibility for Return:
◦ Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
◦ To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
◦ Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.


Please follow these steps to register your request:

1. Keep your Order ID and contact details (email or phone number) handy.
2. Go to our Returns & Exchanges portal.
3. Select the products you’d like to return or exchange. If returning, please choose the refund type you wish to receive.
4. Register your request. That's it!


Our Support team will review your request within 2-3 business days and will communicate with you regarding the pickup of your product and refund status.


Our delivery partner will pick up the product from your address. Please keep the items in their original packaging and ready for handover to the delivery executive. Once we receive the product, we will perform a quality check and then issue your refund or exchange.


Refunds:

1. Processing Refunds:
◦ Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
◦ If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 30 days .
2. Partial Refunds:
◦ Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.

Exchanges:

◦ We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
